RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Prettyskin Aesthetic, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare and beauty products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, please review our return policy carefully.

RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products, including beauty gummies and skincare items.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item was damaged during delivery

• The wrong item was sent

• The item is defective upon arrival

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in original packaging

• You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

• Proof of purchase and clear photos must be provided

REFUNDS

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

• A replacement product, OR

• A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days after approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
